After the design has been completed and the detailed plan has been properly engineered, Pool Tron, Inc. construction team moves on to the job. Each team of specialists executes the portion of the project for which field of work they have been trained in.
Your personal Pool Tron, Inc. representative continues to work with you as the plan moves forward... Explaining and making sure the plan is being implemented as you expect.
This is a model of the construction process:
1. With your approval, on location it is carefully staked out. The exact position of each part of the pool must be located and the elevation must be accurately measured and charted on the ground
2.Then we initiate excavation with heavy equipment. The tons of dirt are either removed- from the grounds or used to achieve proper grades for water drainage and landscaping
3.The earth becomes our form. This is a critical stage and must now be hand sculpted to the shape your pool.
4.Next, the steel structure is prepared. It is a network of heavy steel reinforcement bars tied with tie wire in a 8” x 8” square grid pattern for lasting strength. Points of stress get special attention spacers are then placed under the steel network, so that the concrete will completely cover the steel skeleton.
5.The sophisticated circulatory system of your Pool Tron, Inc. pool is now installed. Underwater light niches and other components that will become part of the permanent structure are also installed.
6.All previous steps are rechecked and the concrete specialists are ready to form the shell of your pool. Pool Tron, Inc. pools are formed by pneumatically applied concrete. This is a sprayed-on, layered method which produces a monolithic structure of the greatest integrity.
7. During the concrete application, finishers cut the pool to the exact size and shape.
8.The craftsmen then set a line of coping or cantilever forms and tile around the perimeter and elsewhere as called for on the plans.
9. Filters, heater, and mechanical equipment are then installed
10.Deck and equipment are installed and anchors are positioned for ladders, diving equipment, etc.
The finish coating of white cement and marble dust is then spread over the interior surface of the pool shell. The tantalizing blue sparkle of the pool's water is enhanced by an even, white coating in the pool.
Excess materials and equipment are cleared away; the pool is filled with water and systems is started and inspected Testing the operation of all you equipment.
Finally, fencing, landscaping, lighting and any other final touches are completed as per your
specifications. Your Pool Tron, Inc. pool is ready to enjoy.
